Michel Francis

Chief Architect
Design and Construction Engineering
Michel has worked on many school projects throughout his career. Recently, he finished refurbishment design of 12 schools in 4 campuses in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain for UAE government. The project had many constraints from budget to regulations and he and his team were successful in achieving the requirements and completing the projects. The construction included buildings for both genders from kindergarten to high school, in addition to para-scholar activities, sports, labs, clinics and outdoor spaces. Some buildings were quite old and the main objective of the project was to bring those buildings into the modern era of sustainability and regulation compliance, all within the budget allocated.
